Ronni Gochee has 34 years experience in dental management and 16 years experience in mobile dentistry programs. After years in the private sector, she is now giving back to the community. Her love and passion to provide needed oral health care services to underserved children and adults in the Kansas City metro area drives the HOPE Dental program. Ronni envisions a day when every child will have access to quality dental care, regardless of the family's ability to pay.

Gail-Lusk

Director of Operations

Gail Lusk  came to HOPE Dental with over 17 years of experience working with mobile dental providing care to long term care facilities. She enjoys working for a not for profit and providing access to dental care for both children and adults. Gail manages the day to day operations of the HOPE Dental Program.

Dentists

Dr. Megan Jenisch attended Missouri Southern State University in Joplin, MO where she played soccer for all four years and received her BS in biology. She received her dental degree from the University of Missouri Kansas City. Dr. Jenisch also had additional training following dental school at Truman Medical Center Lakewood where she did a general practice residency for 1 year. Dr Megan joined HOPE Dental the summer of 2020. Dr. Jenisch works part-time for HOPE Dental

Dr. Steve Irwin decided to go into dentistry because of his love of being creative and working with his hands. He was accepted into UMCK Dental School in 1980 and graduated in 1984. In 1985, after working with a great dentist for a year, he opened his own practice in Lee’s Summit, MO. Dr. Irwin retired and sold his practice in 2019. He is now enjoying working part-time for HOPE Dental.

Dental Assistants

 

Tyrone Rogers completed the dental assistant program at Concorde Career College and has been working at HOPE Dental since 2016.

Monica Curtis completed the dental assistant program at Concorde Career College  and worked for a pediatric dentist prior to coming to HOPE Dental in 2016. 

Felicia Welch has been a dental assistant with HOPE Dental since October 2018. Felicia graduated from Penn Valley and is an expanded functions oral surgery specialist.

Ali Havercroft has been a dental assistant for over 18 years. She is certified in expanded functions and oral conscious sedations. Ali joined HOPE Dental in the Fall of 2020.
