In 2015, a permanent dental clinic was opened was established inside the Pointe of Hope church building at 1215 Nw Highway 7 in Blue Springs, MO. This clinic allows HOPE Dental to serve referrals from organizations throughout the Kansas City, MO metropolitan area. Also, Medicaid eligible and underinsured persons who have immediate dental needs can usually be served in a timely manner at the permanent clinic. To the extent possible, HOPE Dental strives to provide care for uninsured persons with critical and immediate oral health care needs.
Oral care services provided by HOPE Dental include dental exams, cleanings, fluoride treatments (for children), x-rays, sealants, fillings, tooth extractions, crowns, dentures and pulpotomies. When oral care and general health issues exceed the extent of HOPE Dental services, patients are informed on the need to obtain further care and are referred to other area health care service providers.
